Introducing Trueings

Why we built an AI that interviews the people you worked with, instead of another rating form, and how it returns an honest picture without ever exposing anyone.

Most feedback you receive is either too polite to be useful or too blunt to be fair. The people best placed to help you grow are often the least willing to say the hard thing to your face. Trueings closes that gap.

What it does

You describe your work and who you worked with. An AI designs a tailored assessment, then runs confidential, conversational interviews with the people you choose, from a handful of collaborators to a whole client roster. It probes gently where answers are vague, stays neutral, and never argues your case for you. Then it synthesizes everything into one honest, anonymized picture of your strengths and your growth areas.

Why a conversation, not a form

A rating form flattens nuance into numbers. A good interviewer does the opposite: it follows up, asks for an example, and separates a one-off from a pattern. Trueings keeps a scored structured core so results are comparable, and adds capped conversational probes so the why behind each score is captured in the respondents own words.

How candor is protected

You never see raw transcripts or any single response. Themes are aggregated across respondents, and below a minimum number of contributors the report degrades to broad themes only, with no quotes and no counts that could fingerprint a person. Attribution appears only where a respondent explicitly opted in. Confidentiality is not a setting; it is enforced before anything reaches you.

The engines behind it

  • The Criteria Designer turns your role and context into weighted criteria. You approve the criteria; the AI owns the wording of the questions.
  • The Interviewer runs each conversation, neutral and adaptive, never leading.
  • The Synthesizer maps evidence across every interview, preserves dissent, and resists telling you only what you want to hear.
  • The Confidentiality Guard enforces the minimum-N gate and scrubs anything identifying, every time.

That is the kind of honest read a trusted mentor gives you, run across everyone you worked with, without putting anyone on the spot.
