Every lens runs the same four-stage engine. We got each stage right once and refined it across four products — that compounding craft, not any single feature, is the moat.
Interview design
We turn a fuzzy question — how is this person, team, function or deal really doing? — into a short, structured instrument: a handful of 1–5 trend dimensions and a couple of open questions. The dimensions aren't generic; they're drafted to the team type, the role or the deal stage, and they stay stable so a trend means something cycle over cycle.
Running the interview
Each respondent gets a sub-five-minute check-in through a single-use link — no account, no password, in their own language. A small, fast model reads each answer and asks at most one or two adaptive follow-ups, chasing the signal without fatiguing anyone. Built for high volume, low latency and capped cost.
Confidentiality
People answer honestly only when they trust it is protected, so confidentiality is structural, not a promise. A response carries no link back to a person, nothing surfaces below a minimum group size, raw answers are default-deny at the database, and any urgent note is reworded and stripped of identifying detail before a human sees it. EU data region; AI under zero-retention, no-training terms.
Summarisation & synthesis
Off the request path, a higher-quality model turns the raw answers into trends, themes and progress against what matters — never who said what. Readouts are evidence-bound and segment-safe: the account holder sees direction and signal, not individuals.
