For partners & agencies

A benefit you can fund for the people you place or represent.

If your association represents independent professionals, your consultancy places contractors, or your platform connects fractional talent with clients — Trueings is a confidential development benefit you can fund for them. The people use it; you fund it; the report belongs to them.

This is a beta channel. We onboard each partner directly. Talk to us first, before you make any internal commitments.

Three shapes

Who this fits — and the way we think about each one.

Professional associations

A member benefit your independents actually use

For associations representing independent practitioners — management consultants, coaches, architects, engineers, accountants. Fund Trueings centrally; members redeem codes from the member portal and the report belongs to them, not to the association. The association sees redemption and completion; never content.

Examples we’re sized for: MCA, IMC USA, ICF, RIBA, ICE, ICAEW, IMRA, IIBA — and smaller national bodies with a few thousand members.

Consultancies & agencies

Development your contractors will engage with

For staffing firms, consultancies, and agencies placing independent contractors. Offering Trueings to the people you place — at no cost to them — is a retention and recruitment lever that an internal 360 can’t match, precisely because the data doesn’t flow back to you.

Examples we’re sized for: boutique consultancies with 50–500 contractors on the books; creative and design agencies running freelance bench models; tech-staffing firms.

Fractional & talent marketplaces

The credibility layer your platform doesn’t have

For platforms placing fractional executives, fractional finance, fractional product talent. Confidential 360 feedback after each engagement gives your talent a portable credential they own — and gives your platform a quality signal that doesn’t require you to read the feedback yourselves.

Examples we’re sized for: fractional-exec marketplaces; specialist talent platforms in product, finance, design, growth.

How a partnership works

The four moves.

01

You fund the pool

Either annual prepaid via the standard /for-teams/buy flow, or a custom partnership arrangement (revenue share, white-label, per-engagement billing) depending on volume and channel fit.

02

You distribute the codes

Through your member portal, your platform UI, your onboarding flow, or a one-off email blast. Members or contractors redeem on Trueings; we never see your member list.

03

They run their own rounds

Each member or contractor invites the people they’ve worked with, runs a confidential AI-led interview pipeline, gets an anonymised report. The report belongs to them — portable across roles, engagements, and platforms.

04

You see engagement only

A partner dashboard shows redemption %, completion %, and (with consent) aggregate satisfaction. You never see who took which feedback, never see themes, never see content. That’s the entire reason members and contractors engage honestly.

Where this channel actually is

The honest read, before you commit anything internally.

This is a beta channel

We have built the redemption flow, the content-blind portal, and the contracting surface. We have not yet white-labelled the redemption page, integrated with HRIS or marketplace APIs, or productised a per-engagement billing path. Each partnership is currently hand-built.

We are sizing for 1–2 launch partners

We can absorb the support load for one or two partners with strong fit in the next two quarters. We will be honest about whether your shape matches what we can do well today — and what we would need to add before we can.

The wider partner roadmap

Documented in plan/b2b2c.md (internal). Gates on the first signed mid-market partnership. Includes: SCIM, partner API, white-label redemption pages, branded sender domains, per-org SOC 2 evidence. None of these are live today.

What your members or contractors see

The product they use is the standard one.

The independent professional running a round through a partner channel uses exactly the same product as a self-pay subject — same confidentiality architecture, same self-awareness map, same drill-down chat. The branding can be partner-co-branded (post-launch); the experience and the trust promise are the same.

Talk to us first

We will be honest about fit.

Email teams@trueings.com with your shape — what you do, how many people you cover, what you’re trying to fix for them, and what you’d want from us in the first six months. Or use the lead form on /for-teams. We reply within two business days, and we will say no when the fit isn’t right.
